THE APOSTOLIC MANDATE OF PROTOCOL
 Theresa Phillips

When realizing women can also enter the apostolic calling I was intrigued with great excitement.
Romans 16 3-7 Paul admonishes men and women as Apostles.
Greet Priscilla and Aquila, my fellow workers in Christ Jesus, who risked their own necks for my life, to whom not only I give thanks, but also all the churches of the Gentiles. Likewisegreet the church that is in their house.
Greet my beloved Epaenetus, who is the firstfruits of Achaia to Christ. Greet Mary, who labored much for us. Greet Andronicus and Junia, my countrymen and my fellow prisoners, who are of note among the apostles, who also were in Christ before me.

Knowing that Apostles are sent ones and they also commission many to be sent.
I realized a long time ago that most in the Apostolic Sphere are actually seers. Not only as described as in the seeing prophetic but as in the seeing of Revelation. (Getting a reveal supernaturally fro Holy Spirit)

Apostles actually see how things must be done.
If the calling is sure...  we must continue strive to make it sure. For the "Elects" sake.

2nd  Peter 1 V 10&11 10 My brothers and sisters, be very sure that God has appointed you to be saved. Be sure that he has chosen you.
If you do everything I have just said, you will never trip and fall. 11 You will receive a rich welcome into the kingdom that lasts forever. It is the kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Clarify
1 The Kingdom is the place of Residence of The King.
2 Lordship is the submission to the owner of our lives. Jesus The King we give him ownership.
3 The Christ being anointed to do the job as sent ones.

After we have understood that the Mantel of The Apostle is to be called to send and equip those in service to do the work of the Ministry.

Eph 4 11 -1311 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, 12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, 13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;

In order to comprehend aspects of the office of the Apostle we by example look at the Apostle Paul.

He was a well educated man. He was a man in high military office. He was a trained man of war...Even to the end he know his battle ground.  Wither it be spirit or man He KNEW.
As we look at this side of Paul we recognize he had some attributes that are needed to say "I Paul an Apostle".
What makes him able to state the claim?
1 He heard the call. Apostles hear.
In Chapter 9 of the book of ACTS we see Paul do some interesting things.
A, Paul is speaking against the disciples on a regular basis.
B He goes to their leaders. Hoping to entice them to react.

Here we observe an important concept of the Kingdom.... PROTOCOL.

Paul being the educated man he was, he knew how to get attention to his cause.
1 He went to the Leaders of those he was against (at the time) he went to the leaders in the synagogue.
This course of action is not changed after conversion it is exemplified all the more.
He knew that get to the people you had to get to their leaders.
He fortified himself with the knowledge of how it operates…From the Top Down so go to the top.

Even Jesus upon entering a city would always go to the religious and legal leaders to make himself KNOWN.
It’s a major key in trying to win a city. Be KNOWN.

All through Paul’s' writings he exorcises the Protocol of address: When he speaks to leaders of where he is to make a case, or a charge Paul uses his training to continue on in ministry. Paul always uses the correct title and style of address when he approached any leader. This is Protocol at its finest.
(Using a title will often at times make the person live up to it)
This is extremely important for it’s the Apostle who sees and forges the way for ministers to attain spheres of influence to advance the Kingdom of GOD.
It’s the apostolic sphere of influence in people’s lives that will ignite callings and challenge giftings on site!

Each Apostolic mandate must include training and equipping of the saints to do the work of the ministry.

This will also include the art and gift of "TEACHING" upcoming leaders and ministers to develop mindsets and actions of virtuous standing.
These elected persons are then able to administer "The Kingdom" into High places such as government. Local, Federal and International outposts.

Phillippians 4V8 Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.

Paul was a master at this. In each letter he wrote to a region he addressed the Leader of the day including "The Elder” in The Book of 2nd John who was a woman by calling her The elect lady. He used good manners to get attention. At the same time he admonisher The Elect Lady thereby putting the room at ease that she is the leader. This qualifies her in the midst of his own reputation. Most Apostles will need to Qualify persons often because of the weighty anointing they carry may easily disrupt the process of the leader at hand. Causing many to suspect their one leader is not as efficient as they once thought they were.
It’s quite important to note here that apostolic persons will find themselves often as a mediator of disgruntled upcoming leaders. Their focus is always on making them leaders.

In studying the style of Paul we realize the necessity of Protocol. This will always lead to diplomacy and just good manners.
So what is protocol?
Protocol is a strict set of rules to any given cause:
The official procedure or system of rules governing affairs of state or diplomatic occasions:

Upon reading the definition we realize the importance of the action of Protocol.

Protocol is a must for the Apostolic for by it we obtain the structure of training equipping and sending persons into their respective ministry. Each apostolic realm must have its own set of protocols. Protocols also represent who you are and by whom you were sent.

If Paul says he is an ambassador we must also understand ambassadorship is an accredited diplomat sent by a country as its official representative to a foreign country:

The Apostolic mandate is not earthly it is Heaven Sent from the King of Kings own throne room. To advance the Gospel and to develop ministers who can stand in great halls and in the lowest of valleys the consciousness of protocols must be observed. For instance  If you are called to the palace you will be given a protocol sheet as to what to wear, how close you may come, what you are allowed to say, and to whom you may speak.

In the presence of a King you must always wait for the invitation to speak. Mother rule you may speak when spoken to has long sense been forgotten but by protocol in many places it’s the norm. Why is this so important?
Because, if we wish to advance the Kingdom in the earth, we must understand the workings of the world.
So we might influence them with HIGHER standards. Always bearing in Mind that God so loved the world He sent his son. Leading Him to question.
Are willing to love the world that we might be sent as sons and more so we might be Mothers and Fathers of Sent sons of GOD.
With adherence to Protocol we may actually see a Christian president or Convert a King ...
It is all in the workings of changing mindsets from a casual lass a-fare style to a professional dignity wither we minster in jeans or a suit Protocol speaks of who we are. Where we are from and what we need to remember is what we put on is who they first see. In my words you are what you wear .Jesus garments were so important they cast lots for them.. Jesus wore his Mandate well.
It’s awesome to say I wear the armor of GOD.
But with the proper attire as we enter a Grande ball in a metal armor instead of a tux or formal gown we will surly feel and KNOW we are out of place. We will then not be heard for our clothing will speak of our ignorance.
Simply because we neglected to ask,” what shall I need to wear?”

It is in the knowing that we are able to attain the Apostles Mandate of Paul’s style.
In the reading of this we must clarify the difference between Disciples and Apostles We must make all men disciples ( followers of Christ meaning anointed ones ) Apostles are called to be corner stones of truth and build a
Structure of attainable responsibility. They adhere to the Protocol of the day and are not afraid to ask what can I do for you? How can we make it happen and yes we can do this.

The Apostle will always find the means to “make it happen" and pull others into the process hopefully to teach them to do the same. When the Apostolic is Present the Message of the Kingdom will transition easily
into the vernacular of The King. In this Mandate we will see the realms of The Kings Operating:

Seating the King Always reminding person of The Ultimate One King Jesus of whom all protocol is due.

Becoming Subjects the art of training persons to develop a mindset that Ministry is not out own its His Domain.

Conquering in His Name Possessing the Land with the guidance of proper protocols (know what to do). Never being afraid to ask what do you want of me what is the vision and how do you want it done? Asking gets results.

Expanding the Kings Domain with influence. Know those whom you need to converse with. Know their language, and use it.
Participation with The King to reign and Rule as His Ambassadors. Always reminding yourself and those who aspire to lead you are sent from "The Ultimate" throne room of the celestial palace of our GOD.

Govern with all humility trusting The Spirit of GOD to direct the path. As much as we know of the Holy Writ we will KNOW His Voice so we must endeavor to study to show ourselves approved rightly dividing the truth ... This is so important in this days of the Apostolic reform we are entering for without the Holy Writ we will not be able to pursue truth and discern the ill effects of the apostate church.

Make disciples of all men. Govern will all grace. Rebuke and honor. Praying earnestly for wisdom and never losing the fear of the Lord.

Encourage and direct people into ministry. Remind all that the work of the Evangelist will need to be fulfilled.
Apostles will call people back into proper focus. Fulfill the call do the work of the ministry for the edification of Christ (The Anointed on who resides among us.) It is by the Proper usage of wordage and actions we can obtain favor in the courts of a palace and in spheres of governmental structures. Proper usage will open doors (here I warn against vain flattery).
Proper attire will be warranted on every occasion wither it be the palace, war zones or even in the mission field of Calcutta. My own father once said to me that if you keep your hands clean fingernails too, teeth brushed hair combed cuffs clean shoes polished no one will ever notice the rumpled suit.
As the day is approaching for the Coming of the Lord we are seeing a casual look that is at times to far relaxed. As these casual looks become more of a fashion statement we will unfortunately find people leavening in mass to find structure. For sheep follow a shepherd who looks after their soul.

They want someone to teach their mind and look after them. The casual attire that becomes the norm will nullify the ability to question the necessity as to what am I to wear for this event. Always bearing in mind we are what we put on. If we become too casual we will limit our ability to expand our influence. This I sense will be a dangerous place for any in the apostolic ream to reside. For those who teach are held in higher accountability. And in this casual manner we then relax the power of God till it is so unnecessary that we may in fact develop antichrists this cannot be.

The Apostle who is willing to be accountable will be an Apostle who will succeed in training many Apostles. Making good leaders is wonderful BUT to make them better than yourself is Apostolic.
We live our scripture train up a child in the way he should go... it’s not just about our own children. It is also about our children in the faith Pro.22:6  Eph 6;4 We teach what to be, how to be, and where to be. We educate and we GROW ourselves in the interim.
When gleaning from a protocol standards we can then understand the boundaries of which a place has been set for the SAFTY of ministry and most of all the people. Safety first is a goal of the apostle for they are watchmen.
So in this New Apostolic Reformation “The Church” is entering I strongly advise to study the protocols of the places and persons you feel Holy Spirit is sending you to.

I really believe we can live by the Spirit. But, when we can know some virtuous basic truths ourselves no one will notice the rumpled suit because leaders have studied to show themselves approved.
